Mg Instead Of Calcium For Better Bones

Calcium is not the holy grail for bones. This is just one of many items for bones, not the only one.
Magnesium foods and not calcium is much better for bones in youth, said a study from Pediatric academic societies in USA.

LOOK AGAIN AT CALCIUM CLAIMS

Usually we hear calcium is for weak bones and myths said that teeth and bones depend on calcium. But is this good?

Study of 2004 said those with excess calcium in coronary artery on statins have 17 times more risk of attack. Signs for attack are LDL levels and calcium excess.

Study of 2007 said calcium from foods is better for bones than supplements after menopause.

Study of 2008  said these supplements are making heart attacks after menopause.

And a study of 2010 said calcium supplements without D vitamin make attack risks.

The National osteoporosis foundation said food is best for calcium. Those that get this from food do not need pills. Also they get more vitamin D as pills. Excess calcium makes kidney stones and makes other issues.

Calcium supplements are promoted by doctors of being natural and stop osteoporosis said prof. Sabine Rohrmann, University Zurich, preventive medicine.

It is clear that this taken daily is not good or natural and is worse than food.

Most supplements have calcium carbonate 2nd calcium result that has citrus taste, but the final result is second rate unlike calcium orotate entering cells.

We all are brainwashed by dairy businesses to eat milk and cheese for calcium, this is wrong. We need chelating agent for the calcium.

The body steals calcium off the bones and tissues to get it in the blood. This makes osteoporosis.

MAGNESIUM MORE AWARENESS…

the info of prof. Steven Abrams and Baylor college partners, Houston college for medicine, said Mg in youth is crucial for bones and thickness, calcium not so much.

Diet Mg is vital and not recognized they said.

Kids need many things for healthy bones said Abrams, one such is Mg. calcium too, but Mg more.

Experts said parents have to claim they gave calcium to the kids. Also now they have to claim they give enough Mg too.

More Mg means more bone thickness in both genders. This is 2% increase BMD for 100 mg daily of Mg.

Fractures are a concern for elder people said University Tennessee prof. Kathryn M. Ryder. She said low BMD makes fractures. So, Mg is less examined of the bones and has a role in calcium digestion.

MG SUPPLEMENT

Mg to calcium ratio was always 1:1 and this was normal. Now is same or 2:1, or 800 mg calcium with 400 mg Mg. today, many diet plans have calcium doubled by 10 times.

Mg is in many shapes. Mg oxide and chloride and chelated Mg too. They come in packs of 250-500 mg Mg.

Also get combined Mg calcium pills. The RDA for Mg is 400 mg daily but ideally is double.

Take it isolated, with or after meals.

Also soak in Epsom bath since this salt renews Mg stores.

1% of our Mg is in blood and blood gets this from bones and tissues if we lack it. a blood tests shows this all.

Get mg from foods, leafy greens, cacao, seeds, nuts…
